- F.O.B. Point: Unless stated otherwise, each shipment follows the F.O.B. shipping point method.
- Damaged Goods: The carrier is responsible for shortages and damages during transit, as shipments follow the F.O.B. shipping point agreement. Within seven days of receiving the shipment, the buyer should inspect the CeramicFiberOnline.com material for usability and acceptability. The buyer can only return or dispose of the material as per the instructions given by CeramicFiberOnline.com, which doesn’t offer any express or implied warranties on CeramSource, Inc. Property.
- Cancellations: CeramicFiberOnline.com should consent to any cancellations or rescheduling of orders. The buyer cannot alter special orders based on buyers’ written purchase orders without the Seller’s prior written consent. Cancelled or returned special orders may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Buyer is expected to accept and pay for any production discrepancies within 25% of the ordered quantity.

Right of Possession: Due to credit reasons or buyer’s default, the Seller reserves the right to withhold, recall, or repossess goods purchased at any time, all of which will be at the buyer’s expense. This doesn’t prevent the Seller from exercising other legal and equitable rights and remedies.
- Returns: CeramicFiberOnline.com must permit all returns, which also will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. The buyer is responsible for return freight; unauthorized returns will be returned. Returns are limited to 90 days after the product’s original ship date.
- Minimum Order: All orders below $100 (excluding shipping and taxes) are subject to a $25 minimum order fee.
- Shipping & Delivery: Delivery dates may vary due to unforeseen events such as fires, strikes, and accidents. Though CeramicFiberOnline.com aspires to accomplish deliveries within the acknowledged timeline, it is not guaranteed. The purchaser should ensure correct shipping and billing addresses.
- Prices: Prices can change without prior notice, and any printing errors are subject to correction.
- Limitation of Actions: Any legal action against the Seller must commence within one year of the cause of action. Failure to do so by the buyer will be considered a waiver and release thereof.
- Risk of Loss: Payment terms are as the Seller specifies in writing. Should the buyer fail to make any payments per the agreed terms, the Seller may defer all dealings until satisfactory security or prepayment is provided.
- Force Majeure: In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond control (war, natural calamities, etc.), both Buyer and Seller will be exempt from contractual obligations.
- Import/Customs Compliance: Suppliers are responsible for all governed shipments concerning their purchase orders. If government officials impose charges on materials importers under these Purchase Orders, CeramicFiberOnline.com has the right to abandon the Purchase Order in line with its termination provision.
- General Indemnification: At its expense, the buyer will protect, indemnify, and hold CeramicFiberOnline.com harmless against all losses stemming from the buyer’s negligence, breach of the Purchase Order’s terms, or willful misconduct. CeramicFiberOnline.com is entitled to review and approach all significant documents and should not be drawn into settlements without prior consent.
